Survey Management
This project allowed the client to record all their surveys via a Desktop office based system and a remote tablet based system. Due to GDPR they didn't want any data stored online so this way all data was stored locally. When they returned to the office the tablet had an upload button which transferred all images and data onto the server.

CRM
This client wanted a system to manage their prospective, current and archived clients. They were able to record interactions, orders and subsequently customers to target. In addition it was linked to Sage accounts to provide a full client view including Sales statistics.

Case Management
This client was using paper based forms. We able to digitise and organise all that data. The input fields were mirrored to the original document to provide ease of transition.

Job Management
This Job Mangement system runs in conjunction with an online form. As the form is completed this is automatically added as a new Enquiry. The client could then quickly quote each enquiry and provide feedback to the client on availability.
A full breakdown on vital information such as Quotes Outstanding, Work in Progress and Conversion Rates are produced automatically in a Reports section.
